Teen Opportunity Navigator provides personalized guidance, recommendations, and educational resources to help teens explore interests, discover opportunities, and navigate what's next.
Services may include opportunity recommendations, career exploration, resume feedback, application guidance, and personalized resources.
Teen Opportunity Navigator is not therapy, tutoring, legal advice, or college admissions counseling.
No guarantee of outcomes
Teen Opportunity Navigator provides recommendations and guidance based on the information you share and publicly available opportunities.
Because opportunities may change over time and many programs are competitive, Teen Opportunity Navigator cannot guarantee admission to programs, scholarships, internships, colleges, jobs, or any other specific outcomes.
Families are responsible for reviewing eligibility requirements, deadlines, and application materials before applying.
Age requirements & parent consent
Teen Opportunity Navigator primarily serves students in grades 9–12.
For clients under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must purchase services, agree to these policies, and by booking they are providing permission for their teen to participate in virtual sessions.
Refund policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Teen Opportunity Lists, Resume Reviews, Teen Opportunity Sessions, and Teen Opportunity Coaching are personalized services that require time, preparation, and individualized recommendations. Because work begins shortly after purchase or time is reserved specifically for you, refunds are not available.
Rescheduling & cancellations
If you need to reschedule a Teen Opportunity Session or Teen Opportunity Coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund.
Teen Opportunity Navigator reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances.
Communication & follow-up
Most communication takes place by email.
Teen Opportunity Coaching includes reasonable follow-up support by email related to the topics discussed during the coaching package. Ongoing mentorship or unlimited support is not included unless otherwise specified.
Privacy
Information shared through Teen Opportunity Navigator is used only to provide services and communicate with you.
Parent & teen participation
Parents are welcome to help book services and participate in portions of sessions when appropriate.
However, Teen Opportunity Navigator is designed to center the teen's voice and create a supportive, judgment-free environment where teens can explore possibilities and ask questions openly.
